• Tuition is due on or before the first of the month
• A $10 late fee will apply if tuition is not received before or on the first day of the month that payment is due (tuition postmarked on or before the 1st is not late).
• A student may be absent without being discontinued as long as the student is not absent for more than one month during a 12 month period of time per enrolled subject. A credit for the month absent in one subject will be applied to that subject only after the student's first year tuition in that subject is paid.
• Paid tuition is non-refundable and is forfeited should a student discontinue enrollment or if work is taken at any time during the month.
• A 30-day written notice is required before leaving the program prior to the minimum 12 month commitment. Any student who terminates their enrollment prior to the minimum year commitment is responsible for the remaining yearly tuition. Your account will be closed 30 days after we receive your written notice to terminate and the remaining tuition has been paid. Your account will remain open and active until written notice is received and the minimum yearly tuition balance is paid.
• In cases of medical or other emergencies where a 30 day notice is impossible to give, please call us and we will do what we can to accommodate your situation. Any student who needs to terminate their enrollment before the minimum year commitment is excused without paying the remaining tuition balance with a written note from a physician.
